Whats your style ?

We at holly sheens beauty provide three different lash styles for our clients. Dependent on your face shape, eye shape and preference I can usually get a grudge on what style would best fit you however heres some more information for you to get clued up on how you would like your lashes !

Different types of lashes include:

Classic: These are the perfect set of lashes for a more natural look. The lashes are applied individually to each of your own lashes, 1 to 1. What we love most about them is how they can really be personalised for each individual. With 100 percent coverage you can still create a lovely full look .

Lasting time: Top ups are needed every 2-3 weeks

Mixed:The perfect bridge between classic and Russian lashes. Using both techniques on one set of lashes to create a full fluffy look that is still not too “full on”. The classic Lashs create definition and Russians will create some lovely lash fluff , this combined will make textured lashes.

Lasting time: Top ups are normally required every 2-3 weeks

Russian: Created by using 2-13 (depending on style of lash) finer lashes(0.03-0.10) to create a fan that is applied to each natural lash. Perfect for a client looking for a more dramatic and glamorous look. The finer lash extension which is used the more that can be applied for one fan which will create a fuller more ‘mega volume’ lash for example to create this look you would use a 10d fan with a 0.05 lash. For a more natural Russian look you could use 0.10 with a 3d fan . For lash health you would use fans that are suitable for each lash e.g. on a damaged lash you may only use a 2d fan with a 0.07 lash

Natural classic look: mimicking the natural lash’s as much as possible , this style is perfect for clients who just want to be enhanced .

HS signature style: I love the dolly eyed effect this is where I start with my lash lengths short gradually increase use my longest lashes throughout the middle of my set and then slowly drop to a shorter length once I reach the other end of the eyelid for example - from inner corners to out 8mm,9mm,10/11mm,13mm,12mm,11mm,10mm (lengths chosen depend on your clients natural lash)

Full set: I would describe this as you covering 100% of the natural Lashs with the false lash. Because all lashes are covered a full set will provide a much longer lasting time and you a better lash reputation. Also this will make all top ups easier to carry out and your clients will be coming back with well kept lashes and less removals/correcton work will need to be carried out .

I hope this gives you a little more insight into the world of lashes !
